Why We Offer This:

We’re confident in the quality and effectiveness of Shilajit Gold. If it doesn’t meet your expectations within 5 days, we’ll make it right – but we don’t offer refunds on used bottles to protect our business.

Note: Refunds are limited to 1 bottle per customer per year to prevent abuse of the policy.

Return Shipping via Royal Mail

• Non-prepaid Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please return the item(s) to us using Royal Mail.

• You will need to arrange and pay for the return postage with Royal Mail. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ensure that the return is securely delivered and can be tracked.

• Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address to ship the item back to. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as received.

• Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping via Royal Mail is your responsibility and is non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or processing fees.
